We welcome all prospective tenants to register their details (below), However it is down to the individual landlord on whether to accept some circumstances (e.g housing benefit).

We endeavour to match the applicant to the right property and landlord. You will be required to pay a full months rent as a holding deposit while we take references. This deposit is subtracted from the balance of the first months rent, deposit and administration fee which is due in clear funds on the day of moving in.

£200 + VAT for the first adult an additional £50 + VAT per adult extra. (e.g £250 + VAT for two people, £300 + VAT for three applicants). Only applicants over the age of eighteen are charged.

We will not keep the holding deposit unnecessarily, if you withdraw from contractual obligations before moving in you may have to pay a penalty for costs to us or landlord
